Here is an example chain specification file for a public/open Proof-of-Work (Ethash) chain. To start OpenEthereum with a JSON file specifying the chain, run $ openethereum --chain path/to/chain/spec.json, or create a config file:

This a basic Morden config with a few parameters changed:
homesteadTransition is set to 0 to enable Homestead mode from the start.durationLimit is set to 10 seconds.networkID is changed to avoid clashing with the main network.nodes contains a custom bootstrap node.accounts contains a custom account with lots of Ether.{
